„A soul approaches on its way between the worlds. It is a strange apparition – dyed in strange colors. Pressed into patterns that are not hers. It is there and yet not. Strange shapes are imprinted on her. Scars where it has been trimmed and pressure marks where it has come up against foreign boundaries that have crippled it. A soul that was bent into shape by its environment, integrated into rows and sucked into patterns that were not hers. She was determined by others, for far too long. Forced to be something other than what it really is. Until she forgot her colors and rushed after patterns that were wrong for her.
Come. Rest at my roots. Let your soul find rest and peace in the deep sleep of winter. Accept it tenderly and I will keep your spirit, wrap you in my warm embrace while the subtle yet intense rays of healing penetrate deep within you and make you glow again: And a light will awaken you, shining from within yourself.
But for now, let winter move in. Let the frost and the cold cool your chafed skin, freeze your rushing. In the silence you will hear your melody resounding like ice crystals striking each other like inaudible bells on their flight down from the sky. Listen and watch. You will see how the snow around you reflects your bright colors. Next spring, your shoots will again draw your own patterns in the sky.“
